Disable integrated devices

In BIOS disable bluetooth, wifi and camera

Setup LVM

Create Large partition 600G while booted Linux Mint from USB Create pv 

pvcreate /dev/sda5

Create vg iemhof and add sda5 

vgcreate iemhof /dev/sda5

Create lvs 

lvcreate --name root --size 35G iemhof
lvcreate --name var --size 100G iemhof
lvcreate --name ja --size 100G iemhof
lvcreate --name a --size 100G iemhof
lvcreate --name vb --size 100G iemhof
lvcreate --name vms --size 150G iemhof

Install base system

Install Debian 10 Buster using lvm

Add some users

Install utilities

Prevent hibernate on lid close

Resize filesystem

Remove extra space from Jan Arie

Stop landisplusgyr

Unmount janarie

Remove janarie from fstab

Remount everything

Disable lv ja

Remove lv ja

Remove lv vms

Recreate lv ja

Create filesystem
